Shell and tube heat exchanger is the most widely used and traditional heat exchanger in refrigeration industry, comprising of evaporator and condenser
FEATURES
• Made of high-quality carbon steel or low-alloy steel plate and steel pipe
• The heat exchange tubes are available in different materials such as copper, coppei alloy, and stainless steel, etc.
• Advanced expansion equipment and technology are employed for the sealing of the heat exchange tubes
• Argon arc welding and gas shielded welding are adopted to ensure welding performance through non-destructive testing
• The external tube port has different interface options to choose, such as flange, clamp, welding and thread, etc.t
• Customized design: The computer software for structure, fluid and heat transfer are adopted, which can accurately calculate the theoretical performance of the product and improve the accuracy of research and development, Products are designed and corrected and optimization suggestions are offered accordingly
OPERATION CONDITIONS
• Applicable Refrigerants: R22, R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A, R507A, etc.
• Maximum operating pressure: ≤4.0MPa MPa
