Ball valves are applicable for tubes in commercial refrigeration and commercial air conditioners, etc. in order to open and shut off inner flow path by operating valve stem.It can also be used as service valve for vacuum pumping and refrigerant injection etc..Maximum flow is provided with full-open ball valve.
FEATURES
• Straight-way type, full port, low pressure drop and low energy consumption;
• Valve body and valve seat with welding structure with higher product reliability
• Explosion-proof valve stem design:
• Rotate 1/4 circles from full-open to full-close, easy to operate;
• Bidirectional flow;
• High-performance sealing materials to prevent internal/external leakage;
• Optional with mounting brackets.
OPERATION CONDITIONS
• Applicable Refrigerants: R410A, R32, R134a, R404A, R507, R290, R407C and R22 ( For R290, please confirm before placing orders.)
• Maximum Working Pressure:DN4~DN20:4.9MPa
• DN25～DN75：4.5MPa
• Medium Temperature：-30℃~~+120℃
• Ambient Temperature：-40℃~~+70℃
• Relative Humidity：95%以下
