TA Series thermostatic expansion valves are used to adjust refrigerant supply volume in the evapora-tor by sensing the superheat degree of evaporator outlet through thermal bulb and external(internal) balance tub.

FEATURES

•  Nominal capacity（R134a）：0.11~3TR/0.4~10.5kW

•  2optional designs: adjustable superheat degree (straight-way style) and non-adjustable (right-an-gle style) structure

•  Compact structure of valve body

•  Power head uses continuous laser welding, which has high welding strength and long diaphragmlife

•  Available BP capability，15% or 30%

•  Available Mop function

•  Optional imported filter

•  Connection:weld

•  tandard capillary tube leneth: 0.75m


OPERATION CONDITIONS

• Applicable refrigerants：R134a、R404A、R407C、R22、R290、R448A、R449A etc.

• Maximum working pressure:3.4Mpa

• Medium temperature：-40℃~+70℃

• Maximum thermal bulb temperature：100℃

• Maximum valve body temperature：110℃

• Static state superheat degree adjustment change：0K~8K

• Static state superheat degree setting：4K

• Ambient temperature：-30℃~+55℃

• Relative humidity: below 95%
